“丝绸之路”作为全球最为著名的沟通东西方文明的历史动脉,展现了一条最为多彩的文化长廊。丝绸之路曾经拥有的灿烂,应该成为各国文化交融继续生长的出发点和生命体。为了更好地与丝绸之路沿线国家扩大人文交流,加强人才培养,共同开创教育美好明天的宏伟蓝图上海音乐学院将依托上海市教委政策扶持,举办2023“‘一带一路’艺术文化人才培优”项目。

 

一、活动主题

2023“‘一带一路’艺术文化人才培优”项目将通过对中国传统民族音乐及中国传统戏曲两方面的学习,使一带一路沿线国家的学生能多维度、多角度、多方面地了解中国艺术文化。

上海音乐学院将聚焦丝路沿线最具代表性的中国传统民族乐器、中国戏曲及丝路沿线国家民族乐器,项目将力邀德高望重的教育家、表演艺术家及青年教师加盟,为国际学生打造一门集教学、欣赏和体验于一体的全方位综合课程。

 

二、活动时间

202361日至621日,为期三周。

 

三、活动内容安排

专题系列讲座、工作坊、圆桌发言及讨论会。届时将由上海音乐学院和上海戏剧学院教授进行工作坊,集中展示中国民族音乐演奏技法、创作理念、中国戏曲艺术等,同时还将举办交流音乐会展示学习成果。

 

、招生名额

本次活动共招收奖学金学员18名,奖学金学员将免报名费、学费、住宿费、活动费及来华人员综合保险费。

本次活动奖学金学员面向中国境外外国学生招生,年龄范围原则上为16周岁至40周岁。

奖学金名单将由活动组委会在收到报名资料后将组织评委进行评选产生,届时将在我院国际教育学院网页上公布奖学金学员名单:https://www.shcmusic.edu.cn/1659/list.htm.

 

五、报名相关事宜

1. 报名时间:2023320日—2023410

2. 报名程序及注意事项:

在线报名:admission.shcmusic.edu.cn参考《“‘一带一路’艺术文化人才培优”项目在线报名指南》(详见附件),仔细阅读后再提交申请。

3. 需要在申请的附件部分上传的材料:

1)护照电子扫描件(需贴有照片的一面);

2)一张证件照和一张生活照;

3)在读证明或者毕业证书;

4)个人简历(中文或英文);

5)演奏资料(如有):1 首作品,500MB 以内。

4. 我院审核确认申请者的报名材料后,将向申请人发放《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》,申请人务必须持学生签证(X1或者X2)入境。录取通知书和签证申请表将通过邮寄的形式发送给申请人,请在填写报名表时务必留下可供联系的通信地址和电话。

5. 申请者要在录取通知书规定的报到日期来校报到。因故不能按期报到者,必须事先征得国际教育学院同意,否则将视为自动放弃。

6. 提交的申请材料不予退还。

Belt and Road Art Talent Training Program 2023

As the most famous historical route in the world which connects the East and the West, the Silk Road has presented itself as the most colorful cultural corridor. The glory of the Silk Road in the past should be the starting point where the cultures of different countries meet and continue growing. In order to better enhance cultural exchanges with the countries along the Silk Road and strengthen the training of talents, Shanghai Conservatory of Music (SHCM), under the policy support of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, will organize the Belt and Road Art Talent Training Program 2023 to achieve the grand goal of creating a brilliant future through education.

 

I.         Theme

The Belt and Road Art Talent Training Program 2023 will enable students from countries along the Silk Road to learn Chinese art and culture in a multi-dimensional, multi-angle and multi-faceted manner through the study of both traditional Chinese folk music and traditional Chinese Opera.

The SHCM will focus on the most representative traditional Chinese folk instruments, Chinese opera and folk instruments from countries along the Silk Road. The program will invite highly esteemed educators, performing artists and young teachers to create comprehensive courses that integrate teaching, appreciation and experience for international students.

 

II.      Schedule

The program will last three weeks from June 1, 2023 to June 21, 2023.

 

III.   Activities

Lecture series, workshop, round table discussion and seminar.

Professors from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and the Shanghai Theater Academy will run workshops on the performance techniques and creative concepts of Chinese folk music, as well as Chinese opera art. Besides, a concert will be held to display students’ achievements.

 

 

IV.   Enrollment Quota

A total of 18 applicants will be enrolled as scholarship students. The scholarship will cover the fees for the application, tuition, accommodation, activities and comprehensive insurance.

This program is, in principle, open to foreign students outside China between the age of 16 and 40. The organizing committee will assess the application materials and select scholarship winners accordingly. The list of selected participants will be announced on the official website of the SHCM International Education Division https://www.shcmusic.edu.cn/1659/list.htm.

 

V.      Application Requirements

1.        Application period: March 20, 2023  April 10, 2023

2.        Application procedures and special notes

Online application via: admission.shcmusic.edu.cn, before submission please carefully read Application Guidance for the Belt and Road Art Talent Training Program 2023 as attached.

3.        Application materials

(1)   A scanned copy of the biographical page of your passport;

(2)   An ID photo;

(3)   Enrollment Certificate or Graduation Certificate;

(4)   A curriculum vitae (in Chinese or English);

(5)   An audio or video recording, less than 500MB.

4.        The SHCM will assess the application materials and issue the Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China to those who are enrolled. The participants must enter China with a student visa (X1 or X2). Since the Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China will be sent by post, applicants should leave the correct address information and mobile phone number on the application form to ensure successful delivery.

5.        The enrolled applicants should register on the date stipulated in the Admission Notice. Those who cannot register on time should report in advance to the SHCM International Education for consent, or it will be deemed as a waiver.

6.        The submitted application materials will not be returned.
